Saw the challenge for today, Googled faux denim, found an easy one to try, came home from work, pulled out the gelli plate, paint and miscellaneous and went to work.
I tend to do a lot of doodling or sketching on my daily sheets and then at the end of the month I cut them out because I hate to throw them away. So here is one of those sketchings which just happens to be Curt.....the teapot tuesday cow.
Did some faux stitching on the edges of my denim panel after I had made several cuts on the edges to give it a frayed look. Glued my image down and then faux appliqued it on.
Layered this with white cs then put it on a black card. Done.
Hope you like my denim. Had fun making it.....TFL :0)

Totally creative and fun card, Cathy. You did a marvelous job of creating your "denim" bg with your Gelli. Of course, your drawing is adorable and illicits a smile.
