I did this for the Merry Monday #130 challenge "Silent Night". I was crafting with a friend and used some of her supplies for this. It didn't turn out quite as I had envisioned, but I think it still works. My friend couldn't find her embossing buddy so I was disappointed to see the some of white embossing powder stayed where it shouldn't have. Now that I've looked at it again, I think it gives a bit of glittery shadow around the stars as one would sometimes see in a night sky.

I think the speckles of embossing powder looks like sparkly stars! How perfect! Love the sentiment too and know I'm singing "O Little Town of Bethlehem"! Thanks for sharing with us at Merry Monday!

I would never have noticed your speckles of EP....the whole scene is so beautiful, your eye is simply drawn to the Nativity...and that beautiful sentiment! I love the stars too! Simply wonderful, Darlene!! Thanks for playing with my Merry Monday challenge this week!

I'm hoping you're the Darlene who left a comment on my MM card. You might want to leave a link so we can return the favor. Anyway, I love the look of this card--beautifully done!

What a beautiful scene, Darlene. I love your sentient and all the stars. Of course, the manger scene is wondrous.
