The teaparty is headed to Texas this week. We are helping Helen celebrate her 100th birthday! Wow, I should be so lucky!
Why, when you are trying to do something special you make a boo-boo requiring a fix? That's why the pink banner is there. The y & b didn't stamp well - used the stamp press too & when I tried to fix it, it was worse! Enter the banner! I added a faux gold layer using a Marvy paint marker. Charlene told me the markers long ago. I colored the image using an acryloc bloxk & paintbrush. I used Mowed Lawn & Warm Lipstick. I usually have trouble coloring these flowers & I'm happy with them today.
Thanks for stopping by.

The banner looks just great, even if it is there to cover a mistake! Sometimes if something hasn't stamped quite perfectly I find it easier to use a fine black marker than risk making a worse mess by stamping again. I love the colours you've used for your spray of pretty flowers.

The flowers are so pretty, and the banner complements them nicely. I can't count how many times I've had to do exactly what you did, but it's a good fix.
