Holly aka hbrown is asking us to use strips for her HYCCT1403 challenge.
It wasn't hard for me to find strips, I have a whole box full! I decided to fancy them up a bit by placing them in MFT "stitched strip" dies. For the flower, I added color to the white die cuts using the "wrinkle free distress" method.
Janeen and I made a memory today using facetime to stamp together! I mentioned to her that I wondered how designers worked the twine behind their images. Janeen, knew the answer and shared the tip! Thanks Janeen, it was a fun afternoon!

Angela, this is a stunning creation -- love the use of white and how that flower just pops! The texture on each of your strips just adds that extra something special!

Brilliant, Angie. Just brilliant. The stitched dies were a great touch. Great way to break up a white background, too and the flower well, perfection! Gorgeous.
