For Featured Stamper Challenge 398.....
Parting is such sweet sorrow as we say goodbye to one of our hostesses -- of the most kind and beautiful women I have ever known -- my friend, Bridget Finlay.
Bridget's work is just beyond compare and it was incredibly hard to case her. This is my second one - and HERE is the adorable card I cased. I had some fun chipboard from Simple Stories and decided it needed to be used. I kept her layout and patterns, but changed to chipboard, left off the cute little tag (which I may add in because it's so cute), and used a full fence. I know I could not duplicate her beautiful stitching, so used piercing and stitched dies instead. I also added little hearts on the hills to match the balloons. The sun says "Fun in the sun" and the banner on the heart balloons says "Hello Friend."
I will miss you as a teamie, Bridget!! XOXO
Please come play along with us HERE and help us honor her this week!

Judy, this is so darn cute, so bright and funky - you know I'm a fan of mixing patterns and colour! I love the theme of the little hearts - and your fabulous piercing. Thank you for CASEing another card, Judy....xx
