Love the sketch to-day. I got my new tag punch a while ago so I have been going crazy with tags, tags, tags. I love this skate die from Marianne's Designs and I used a scrap piece of foil (from the inside of an envelope) for the blades. The DP and circle are scraps too. The greeting is hand written.

Sue, this is FABULOUS! Your skates look like miniatures of the real deal and the subtle shading on your holly leaves is exquisitely done. Love the tag format and the white bg to make it look crisp and clean like new snow.

Sue this is absolutely gorgeous... at first glance, I thought I wonder how she coloured those skate blades and now I know... what a great job... love everything about this tag and card...

My attempts at trying to learn to skate are long gone now - but I did get up to the stage of not having to hold on to anything - even if I seemed to end up with the little 3-4 years olds at the rink. Must admit that I am better suited to the beach!!! I do love this card and the skates look so real. Nice touch to add a hand written sentiment too.

Love those skates! Mine are used men's hockey skates but since I haven't been on them in years it doesn't much matter. I like yours much better! That holly is beautiful and I really like your predominantly red and white colour scheme.
