Today's colors were a pretty combo. I did not have the exact blues so I subbed bashful blue and pacific point. I had cherry cobbler. Dessert was to make a Christmas card and I did.
I stamped the tree in bashful blue, then inked the edges of the stamp in pacific point and stamped over the bashful blue. To the tree, I added dots/snowflakes in cherry cobbler. Masked the tree and stamped two different snowflakes in the two blues for a background. Keeping the tree masked, I used my MFT grid stencil with a light hand in bashful blue then very light pacific point to add a second layer to the bkgrd. Stenciled the grid on strip of the same white cardstock, stamped sentiment in cherry cobbler and adhered to main panel. Direct pad to paper in cherry cobbler, I distressed the edges of the panel. I adhered the panel to a BB mat and that panel to a white card base. It was a fun card to make!
Thanks for looking!

Thanks for describing your techniques. I could just see this pretty card coming to life with each additional step! Love the stenciling! A great Christmas card.
