I used Yellow, Blue and Green alcohol re-inkers on vellum for the background marbling effect. Used my Xyron to glue the vellum to white cardstock before cutting with SB/Cardmaker rectangle. Die Cut MB/Perky Poppy and IO/Greetings set for the flower and sentiment. Added 3 sequins and one crystal and mounted on a black card base.

This is stunning, Priscilla. I love the marbeling on vellum and you chose perfect colors. The black die cut and frame are bold and beautiful. Gorgeous card.

What a great look! I can't quite tell but I think the vellum probably plays a big part in the softness you have achieved in the marbling. Choosing black for your die cuts and base was a smart move - the black stands out well against the pretty marbled paper.

I've never tried using alcohol inks on vellum - it looks fabulous, Priscilla. I know you say re-inkers, but I must give this a try with my regular alcohol inks, I'm sure it would be similar.

I would have never thought to use alcohol ink on vellum and what a WOW effect! It's the perfect background for your die cut. Once again, I love the contrast and how beautifully your die cut stands out on this gorgeous background!
