I really enjoyed looking through the Pinterest inspiration board! I came across a photo of painted fingernails and knew I had a watercolor wash paper that would work. I made a circle stencil and tried using the bokeh technique, applying white pigment ink over the watercolor panel. I think I need practice with the technique! The hello was diecut from green galore and turquoise papers and layered together, just a little off, so both colors would show. Here's my inspiration. http://www.pinterest.com/pin/387591111651245685/

Wow, my daughter would love those nails from the IP. I like your take from it much better than I would the nails. Great CAS card!
I want to try that Bokeh technique too!
