WT493 was to spritz or spray. I saw a couple of cards that said they had put ink on an acrylic block and then spritzed with water, so I gave it a try! I used 3 colours on my acrylic block, sprayed it with water and then placed it on some textured water colour paper. I guess I missed the upper right corner, but I kind of like the way it looks, so I just added my sentiment a few scattered brads, and then tied a gingham bow around the bottom. I matted the panel in black and then mounted it on a white card base.
A fun technique that I'll definitely try again!
Thanks for taking a peek

Your first try and you came up with a glorious background! I too love the white in the corner since it appears you did it on purpose! Had you not mentioned it I would have wondered how you did that! Love the black and white gingham ribbon with this.

Wasn't that fun?! I love how the ink puddles and sinks in where it chooses. That's part of the fun. You've done a lovely job with this too. Perfect for a bold sentiment!

Ooh! I love those hot colors contrasting with the black sentiment, accents and gorgeous gingham bow. I love the way the un-inked spot adds to the overall effect. Into my faves!
