WooHoo how much fun is this DTGD week!! This is for Tammies fun challenge and I can tell you I had a heap of fun making this.
Little Sunshine started out life as a Mo Manning digi image, she has been coloured with TH Distress Inks and an aqua brush. The background and the honeycomb stencil was done using distress inks and a sponge.

She is adorable! It so reminds me of years ago seeing little ones on Halloween with that bumblebee costume! What fun colors, Susie! Love that image and your watercoloring, something I am still struggling with.

What a great take on the challenge with this adorable image! Love your stenciled honeycomb in the background! MANY years ago my husband I went to a Halloween party in bee suits complete with the antennae's on our heads...I wasn't even close to the cuteness of this little one but my costume was very similar!

Not only are you as sweet as honey, you keep us in stitches with your antics! You're our resident honey bee and stair-step artist extraordinaire! I love Mo Manning, just love her illustrations - did you know she's also a children's book author? Yes ma'am! This is adorable, Susie.

And P.s. Let's put a bug in Lydia's ear and ask that the tech guys/gals put "like" buttons on our gallery inputs. Cuz when they do, I'm coming back to "like" Peggy's post above! I'd give money to see Peggy and Ed in a Bee suit!

Adorable! You do such cool water coloring with distress inks and water pen! I usually only see this quality of coloring done with alcohol inks. I've tried with the distress inks, but usually go to water color pencil because it allows me more control.
