I just love making tags, so I had to make another one for the MIX78 challenge using the fantastic colors from the CC488. The multiple mediums making it mixed media are distress inks, enamel accents, white gel pen and sharpie pen. I used some tiny ribbon scraps to tie the tag on and when I just checked the CAS283 I saw that this card would work.I have a huge bag of these little pieces of ribbon. The WT489 using dots applies to most of my cards...I love to doodle dots. I have been doing a lot of coloring on my cards lately and decided to do more of a bkg type card. Using the direct to paper technique and doing one color at a time, I applied each color and blended with a sponge. Next I got water and flicked it with my hand. This is easier than using a mister. After stamping the silhouette flowers in the middle of the tag, I used a black sharpie to extend the stema. Doodled the border and did the words and boxes free hand. I covered the middle flower completely with black enamel accents and added black dots to the other two flowers. Thanks for all the great challenges ladies. Francie
