This qualifies for the Ways to Use It "Dotty" challenge because of the Copic dots all around the images.
The Party Lights Border is wider in real life. I trimmed it to fit my project. The bulbs, pocketwatch face, and rivets are coated with Clear Gelly Roll Glaze to make 'em dimensional shiny/glassy.
