The challenge on the SweetStamps blog this week is to use parchment paper.
The image was stamped on parchment vellum, dry embossed on the back side with a small metal ball stylus and colored on the back side with markers.
Attaching parchment vellum to the card is always an issue - adhesive shows under it, folding to lap over the back might crack it...so I figured this would be a great time for some decorative tape and overlapped the parchment about 1/8", decided it needed a little extra so I zig-zagged a stitch on the machine.
Paper: Bazzill white textured, Coordination colored textured, Recollections smooth white, Stampin Up parchment vellum
Accessories: Recollections - acrylic dots, Forever in time - decorative tape, Coats and Clark - white thread, white 1/8" ribbon
Ink: StazOn - Jet Black for vellum, Memento - marker ink for image, Tuxedo Black for envelope
