The WT challenge today is all about TEXTURE. My texture is created with modeling paste, enamel shapes, and embossing. I have used a stencil called Sparrows for my image. After laying the modeling paste, I water colored the stencil with a brush, using a bit of water and Tombow markers.
Although, the stencil is a sparrow, I colored it as a bluebird.
I embossed the panel, turned my Tombow marker sideways and ran along the folder to get the color. Easy peasy.

Creative license says your bird can be anything you want, and a bluebird works!! I love modeling paste (I use spackle in a big can!) and the way it adds so much dimension!! Love your birdie!
