For this card, I heat embossed the bird onto SU's new kraft cardstock with white EP, and then colored him in with inkpads and a blender pen. The ribbon is fed through the scallop tag topper punch on the top layer, and the horizontal slit/slot punch (retired) on the bottom layer of the card base. I used a whole bunch of the tiniest SU pearls on the tail. I love how Kraft cardstock can really be casual or elegant depending on how you dress it up or down. It's like a great pear of jeans that way!

I love this! Really into Peacocks. Ordered this stamp yesterday.
Like the way you did this, just beautiful. Putting on all those pearls, that's the hardest part! lol Great job!

Yeah, and for some reason the correct photo won't upload here. I photographed it first without the pearls, and then I added the pearls, rephotographed, and reuploaded. I tried uploading the new photo twice, but although the thumbnail is correct, the larger photo is still the old one. Don't know what to do...

Wow - STUNNING! Love it. Beautiful embossing with white on kraft. Love the coloring and fun card fold and layers. Awesome card! I haven't seen a sample of this peacock yet - you showed it off incredibly!

Stunning! I have not used the peacock stamp yet other than to stamp an image for my daughter to color for her teacher thank you card for the end of school since the teacher loves peacocks. I have felt kinda overwhelmed by the amount of coloring the stamp needs, but the idea of embossing it is brilliant. I love the look here and you've inspired me to pull the stamp back out and give it some use! Thanks for sharing!

You certainly have showcased a wide variety of techniques using this stamp. They are all equally beautiful, however I think this one is my favorite of the group. The white on Kraft just pops off the page and you are right, really dresses up the card stock! You've inspired me to try this with a new floral stamp I recently acquired. Thanks for sharing all your gorgeous creations!!
