I FINALLY finished my box of cards for my friend Jo Ann. I made a box (no easy feat for me) and decorated it and then forgot to photograph it before sending! I sent this card along with the box of cards. This was made with another of the Spellbinder edge sets and it was gifted to me from the same friend whom gifted me the Spellbinder Corner die that I have made several cards with lately.
Some cards you make and hate to part with and this was one of them, but I knew it was going to someone who would cherish and appreciate it. We have been friends for over 25 years and she has a marvelous sense of humor and has brought me much laughter and joy over the years. She is a sister of my heart!
Edit: I was too lazy to look up online the name of that beautiful EF I used until several people asked. It is:
Cuttlebug 5x7 Embossing Folder and Border Set: Geometric Rings
I got it some time ago at Jo Ann's but found it online at a couple of sites.
Thank you for coming to look at a card that was made with much love...for her!

This is so elegant and so lovely down to the tiniest detail. Love the monochromatic colors too. I have a very dear friend Joanne too, and I know your friend will truly cherish this card along with box and other cards you made for her. TYFS. Karen.

Breath-taking!!! Gasp! What is the embossing fold that you used at the top of the card? It looks like a wedding cake frosting. Beautifully elegant....I just may have to purchase it!

So lovely! I wouldn't want to part with it either! I'm not familiar with the embossing folder ? but it is so effective here. I'd like to know the source too.

Wow ... another beauty. The layers of texture and design really show off perfectly being all the same color. What a special friend you are to Jo Ann and I'm sure she will be amazed as the lovely box of cards you have sent her.
