I tried a second way to to a background. I uncrumpled the wax paper and added versarmark to the top, then put cardstock on top and rubbed. It gave a texture, but filled in a lot more of the cardstock. Fun challenge.

OOoh this was pink cardstock, I had to read the story to get that I assumed you had you know somehow added some color to your white powder and got the cracked stone type effect with pink on white cardstock. I love how you tied on the balloon too!
