The "twist" of the embossing was that I stamped & poured embossing powder on the teapot image twice on vellum. Before I heat set these images, I used a tiny stiff brush and brushed away the lid on one of the images and on the other, I brushed away the bottom of the teapot. In both cases, do it very carefully! Then I heat set both pieces. Now I had two separate pieces to my teapot without cutting the stamp apart. I then cut each piece very close to the outside edge. The two teacups were embossed and heat set with separate colors. So my stamp was not disturbed but I have two pieces and that was my "twist".
