My daughter was named the Distinguished Young Woman for Southern Maryland Class of 2015 this past February. She will be competing in the State program this July. One of the requirements of the state program is for each young woman to provide a gift basket for a silent auction, with items that preferably depict her home county. Our county is known for both its rich farmlands and close ties to the Chesapeake Bay and Patuxent River. So, among other things, we included greeting cards with appropriate images and a set of note cards with a matching “magazine” card holder. I must recognize several talented women whom I CAS’d for the ideas that ended up as cards in our basket. They are Angie Leach, Deb Valder, Amanda Mertz, Julie Davidson, Regina BD, Mariam Bollinger, frenziedstamper, Reiner 9999, Barb Millikin, and Wanda Pettijohn. Thank-you one and all!

Congrats to your daughter! This is a lovely set of cards with a variety of looks to it. Isn't it amazing how the stamp set "Lovely as a Tree" continues to be a staple in so many people's work?
