Colour Challenge CC483 is to use Tempting Turquoise, Pool Party and Gumball Green - I used as close as I had in my stash!

Started with a white card base and punched out 3 stars. Backed the punch outs with the 3 colours, popped up for some dimension. Added a sentiment and then tied some green and blue jute tied into a simple bow.
