This is a great way to use up remnants of ribbon. I placed a piece of double sided sticky tape to the main panel and stuck the ribbon to it as I arranged them. A strip of foam tape went down touching both the ribbon and the panel then I placed the canopy.
The flower was stamped after the image was colored with Memento Markers: Love Letters, Rhubarb Stalk, Pistachio, Bamboo Leaves, Peanut Brittle, Rich Cocoa. T Recollections blender pen, Dandelion and Cantaloupe markers were used to color the flower center, blender pen and Summer Sky marker for the background.
The dots were cut using Cuttlebug: Asterisks (flower center), Tiny Tags and Sizzix button dies - the last two are used the negative circles of the die. Aleene's Paper Glaze was applied to the dots after they were attached with Aleene's tacky glue.
Paper: Recollections 110 weight - white, MD/A Division of Creativity Inc. - red, unknown - Kraft
Tools: QuicKutz die for canopy, Perfect Layers Mini from Perfect Paper Crafting for cutting the 1/8" borders.

Congratulations on being named a favorite! I think this is a very creative way to use up ribbon scraps....now I guess I need to start keeping them. Love your cards, as always!
