Congrats to this weeks Featured Stamper, Laurie, aka lhs43 - I really enjoyed your beautiful gallery, Laurie, and here is the fab card I chose.
I changed the stamped, sponged bg panel to stripes - temporarily secured the panel to lined writing paper and used the lines as a guide for the masking tape while sponging with the pink ink, a technique for making stripes I saw on Laura Bassen's blog, Doublestick Heaven. The leaves are chaged to feathers, which are gold embossed and the "hello" die-cut has several layers of gold embossing.

Beautiful! Until I read your comments, I thought the pink strips were washi tape. I'm so impressed by your precise sponging - kudos! The gold feathers are stunning!

wow Bridget, I love how you did the sponged bg stripes... that along with the embossed feathers and sentiment make for one beautiful card... great case...

I can't stop looking at your amazing card, and I can't stop saying WOW! The pink is so eye catching and totally divine as is your gold embossing - wow!
