This is a one layered card. I cut the leaves out and popped them up. I bought a poppy from a service woman last week, so this is for the poppies that remind me of the words from In Flander's Field:
"In Flander's Field the poppies blow, between the crosses row, on row."
Happy Memorial Day and may we have hearts of gratitude for those who have paid the ultimate price for the freedoms we have. They will never be forgotten.

This is an eye-catcher and wonderful tribute to those fallen who served. Beautiful!

I love the orientation of your card, and the wonderful ribbons.
