This is my second try today and this time I used sponging with ink. I sponged the cloud embossing folder. I then sprayed water on the ink and pressed into watercolor paper.

Wow...I love how the clouds turned out, and the sequins are the perfect touch. The bright colored hot air baloons look so pretty. They seem to float off the page. Fantastic card.
