A friend asked me to make a card for her mum's birthday - this is the result. The image panel is totally flat, the die was used to make apertures through which the bottles were inked.

Those jars are amazing! The colour is exactly like the old marmalade and mustard jars I rescued from my dad's greenhouse. I love the faint shadowed birthday year.

Just beautifully done, Joanne! I agree with everyone so far - those bottles look amazing. Stamping the sentiment over the number was a clever touch, and the random stenciling makes that area of the card look so much more tied-in and interesting than if you'd just left it white. Stunning card!
