Thanks to Stephanie Leider for sharing this cool fold in a swap!
Okay... this is what I did for this size:
Cut cardstock 3.5 x 10.5
Score at one end at 3.5
Score from the other end at 3.5
Take the ride side and fold it over the center
Take the bottom corner (of the piece you just folded over the center) and fold it up towards the top corner. Unfold
Take the left side and fold it over the center.
Take the top corner and fold it back towards the bottom.
Now both pieces will fold over the center.
Take a piece of Designer Paper, cut a 3.5x3.5 piece
Cut in half diagonal and attach to each flap in the front.

I just ran upstairs and made one of these !!!! I can't believe how easy it was (thanks to your FANTASTIC directions). They're absolutely beautiful and I know my customers will LOVE this as much as I do !!!
