I like to stamp on vellum, but I've never tried doing a BG that way. The Rose BG used here was stamped on vellum and then adhered to cardstock using my Xyron. I think it looks different than if I had just stamped the BG on the cardstock directly - at least it does IRL - and I like the effect. My flower girl collage was colored with watercolor pencils. With those two elements set, it was just a matter of figuring out how to bring them together. This was the result.

Wow Robin! I love it! I am so fond of vintage images and have such a hard time using them. Your layout is gorgeous! The background on vellum is awesome and I particularly like the stamped gingham with this! I would have sworn that was designer paper!
