For Colour Challenge CC477 - black, white and pool party.

I started with a Pool Party card base and scored some lines about a third of the way up. Added some gingham ribbon between the score lines and tied in a bow. Added a sentiment that I coloured with Copics and matted with a black rectangle. Added some glitter for icing and popped up the image on the card base.

I am always impressed when I see a great card that is able to utilize a small image without getting lost. This one is super! Your scoring and ribbon are a perfect foundation for the cake image, and the whole card just sings!
