Acrylic block happy congratulations

Poster: Judestar

 Apply ink to E size block (SU) then spritz with water and stamp to create background. Dab with a tissue if too much water. Allow to dry or use heat gun to speed up drying. Stamp images and sentiments directly onto background. Adhere white mat to base.
