I hadn't planned to participate in this week's CAS Theme Challenge "stars," but while punching out a piece of black cardstock for another project, I had a creative inspirational epiphany that threatened to eat my brain if I didn't act upon it. ;-)
I worked the sentiment up in Word and printed it directly onto my cardstock.
I made the stars by stamping, cutting them out, and then glitzing them up with glitter. I layered them with a star sequin and crystal for added dimension.
The film strip was made by cutting out three squares and then edging the piece with a double-rectangle punch.

Oh, with threats like that, you just had to play in the CAS challenge. LOL
I love your wonderful card. The stars and crystal are super. Clever way to make the film strip, too.
