Today, we the Teapotters, are celebrating our 300th Teaparty challenge! WOWZA! The Teapotters have inherited a mansion called T. Pot Hill, from Mabel, the last living descendant of T. Potter, for whom the town was supposedly named. Whoot-whoot, a place of our own! Over the yrs, it has been neglected and is in need of repair. The will indicates that the furniture must be sold to raise money for the repairs. Therefore, the Teapotters need to fill it up and fill it out to make it suitable for future Teaparties. I had no furniture to bring so I brought a garden bench to set out in one of the, I'm sure, many garden areas. The card was fun to make and I hope that whoever I Tickle, will like it.
My dotty background and other colors were inspired by these Monkey Lights at The Grommet, last Saturday's IC438 inspiration site. They reminded me of the color wheels of yester-year that were used before colored Christmas light were invented. As well, they reminded me of a toy my late-brother and I had. It had colored pegs that you plugged into a lighted board to make a design.
THANKS for looking!

Love all the wonderful textures in this. And the park bench is perfect. I almost went that route myself, since I don't have an indoor chair stamps, but you've decorated our garden area nicely.

Thanks for sharing your memories, Gabby. The toy you and your brother had sounds like just the sort of thing we would have loved. This is such a sweet card, I love your little PI girl sitting out in the garden watching the birds (I am sure - maybe that's me!!) and enjoying the flowers. We definitely need garden furniture, so that's a great addition.
