Not much to say about this. My SIL sent me a gorgeous card in which she used this cutout technique (although in a much more elaborate way), and I wanted to try it. One of those cards where you keep adding to it and asking yourself "Is it done yet?" The jury is still out, there's room for a small sentiment if I decide I need one for some occasion. But I like the colors and I had fun playing with my WC pencils on that geisha stamp.

That Melon Berry is perfect for an Asian look. When we were in Paris last week we came across a Chinese centre we'd never seen before (as well as visiting the Japanese cultural centre which always has the most amazing ceramics), and this puts me in mind of it straight away with that gridded background paper. The button die is totally wonderful with the raised flower centre.

Robin, this is fabulous!! Love those layers and unique color combination and love the coloring on your geisha! Your elements are so perfect for her as well as the beautiful, ornate framing!
