Congratulations Priscilla (catluvr2) on becoming our newest featured stamper. I enjoyed looking through your beautiful gallery - I was inspired by this wonderful card CC470 Mill Pond
I purchased this wood duck decoy stamp while on my holidays two weeks ago. I had the image already coloured - and was very happy to see your duck card.
I cut out a mask for the duck and stamped the grass overtop of the image. I made the pinwheel quilted background. Matted the image. Attached the Nature metal charm with wire. I had the fabric sentiment for a few years - today was the perect time to use it.
I will be giving this card to my oldest son, Kyle, for his birthday tomorrow.
Thanks for the inspiration, Priscilla. Enjoy your time in the spotlight.
Hugs..Pat

WOW! This card only needs that one word to describe it! Kyle (super name) is going to love this. The stitched quilting is amazing and the addition of the cloth sentiment and nature charm are such perfect finishing touches! What a perfect, unique, masculine birthday card. Thank you so much for joining us today!
