The TSC this week was to make a card with lots and lots of flowers. You could even choose to use your State Flower; Texas' state flower is the bluebonnet. Each spring they really put on a show and this year was one of the best! Typically one sees these flowers in a "wild" setting, thus the name wildflowers. The image used on this card was gifted to me from Pat Smethers (I think, I've had it a very long time) and colored with markers. I drew one lone bluebonnet and colored it and then remembered I have a bluebonnet stamp!!! So, I stamped two more and used an oval punch; sponged the edges and mounted them with pop up tape. Fun challenge and I hope you choose to play along; just use TSC0425 as your "key word"! OH, and then I have since discovered I own TWO bluebonnet stamps!!!! Could that be yet another card in my future??

Tater, this is sooo cool! I don't think those steer want to be fenced in, though! They could probably just barrel right on through that little ole fence anytime they had a hankering to! LOL! Love all of your blue bonnets! Sweet card!

Those bluebonnets are so pretty, Tater, that could be excuse enough for me to come down to see what Texas is really like!!
Love how you drew some bluebonnets for the side so we can see what they really look like as a flower, though I bet a whole field of them is a gaw-jus sight!!
Sorry, I am just catching up to you gals, but this was a great challenge!!
