The peppermint candies were stamped with retired Stampin Up ink.
The area of the cupcake paper is a solid image which I colored with markers and stamped then drew the straight lines.
All other images were stamped on watercolor paper with StazOn ink and cleaned immediately after stamping from the clear stamp.
Images were colored with the following markers using an artist brush and a CD as a palette.
Memento markers: Rhubarb Stalk, Lilac Posies, Grape Jelly, Lulu Lavender, Rose Bud, Angel Pink, Dandelion, Cantaloupe, Cottage Ivy, New Sprout, Summer Sky
Stampin Up marker: Creamy Caramel, Mary marker: Black
I cut the images out by hand and used two sizes of foam tape to pop them up and added a layer of cardstock to the cupcake to make it just a little higher than the cake the flame rest on.
AleeneÂ’s tacky glue was used to attach the sucker and cone.
A strip of gold sticker tape was attached above and below the sentiment.
AleeneÂ’s Paper Glaze was applied to the cherry and Stickles to all images except the candies.
The envelope was stamped with Memento – Tuxedo Black and colored with Prismacolor pencils using baby oil for blending. Sentiment also stamped with Tuxedo Black, candies with the Stampin Up inks.
