I love this technique and it is just so easy to do that my stash is full of little pieces of these designs. I used a ball stylus to make the white dots with acrylic paint so the image looks like those bandanas that always seem to be part of a dog's wardrobe! The pieces of DP are from my scrap bag which seems to be dwindling down.. somewhat!

Don't you just LOVE scraps! I'm glad yours are dwindling. Seems like the harder I work at it the bigger the stack gets. You made a wonderful card with them. I love how you made the dots.
