This is one of my cards for the CC474 challenge "Very Pink Pudding" to use Pink Pirouette, Very Vanilla and Pistachio Pudding, with NO stamping if you want dessert! I got it on this one - YAY! It also fits the F4A216 challenge "I'll take a slice..." to skip a slice of pie or cake this week and take a slice off your greeting card instead! I guess there goes my dessert :(
I didn't exactly follow the directions here. I started with a standard side fold (purchased) card base and cut a strip from the front before punching the edge. I cut the front from the back at the fold and embossed with a TH Alterations folder. The cream layer was embossed and then run back through the Big Shot (sandwiched in a folded piece of paper) to smooth it down a bit. It was die cut and adhered to the inside of the original card base. I cut a strip of heavy cs 2.25"x11.5" scored in the center and attached it to the back of the front flap, and the front of the card back, to create the fold and provide a smooth surface for a personal message. Punched the MS butterfly, glued him on and added some bling. Super easy!
As always, thanks for looking!
