WT473: use new but old. I got this cool wooden owl stamp from my son for Christmas. I wasn't sure how to use it, very hard to get a good impression. I got the best impression by rolling on the paint rather thick, then laying the paper on the stamp. I own a few wood stamps used for henna art, bought in India by my son in law, but I'm not sure if this owl is the same thing. The star die and star sequins are also new since Christmas, never used.

What a mighty carving of an owl...and how special your son gifted you with art supplies! I like how you kept it monotone and of course the fab sentiment and superb textures.
Do tell where you came across the cork script? Your are a wise artist, Jeanbean
