I've been hankering for an electronic die cutting machine to do stuff like this, but don't have my hands on one yet, so I decided to go old school, with glue, punches, dies and patience.

You did a lovely job! I can't believe that's by hand. You have awesome steady hands girl.

I wish, askagain! I used the Sizzix Sizzlet die "Branch w/ Leaves" - pretty smilat to SU "Little Leaves", or if you had the SU Bird Punch you could do something similar. I die cut 5 of the and arranged them inside a frame with tiny overlaps and then carefully glued the tips with a fine point glue pen. It was quite fussy, but nowhere near that fussy. Although I have seen people who do it - I'm just not one of them.
