This week we are using a deliciously blue color palette chosen by Brenda. Blue being my favorite, this was a lovely color palette to work with. I started out with a WW mat cut 1/8 inch smaller than my cb. I stamped one of the delicate branches stamp in Sahara Sand several times, and then stamped with another of the branches from the same set in Soft Suede. My attempt was to make it appear like a thicket............. I then stamped my bird in Black Stazon and colored with SU markers. I then punched it out; popped the wing up over the bird and then popped the bird up over the thicket. Added my sentiment and its done. Hope you can play along this week and show us how you use this palette of blues. TFL!

I love your idea of this being a thicket, Mary. Your blue bird is gorgeous and so is your card.
