The sketch for this week work perfectly with this clean and simple card design. Sorry, I don't remember what the technique is called. I used a cardboard mask with the oval die cut out with the emboss folder. This omits the embossed area where the die has been cut out of the cardboard. The image was stamped using the oval mask then sponged.
This is my go-to set for masculine cards. I love the clean look and fabulous scenes that it creates.

Cynthia, that sunrise scene is so peaceful! It reminds me of our sunrise walks in the summertime. We often see deer crossing the path ahead of us. I love the CAS look and the way you sponged the embossed clouds.
