This was a really fun thing to try. I am so glad I had caught this challenge this morning because I had been wanting to try it since Dina posted the tutorial and I forgot. There is a closer look at the center on the blog. thanks for this challenge Sabrina, & tfl.

Really elegant card, Stacy! I love the simplified butterfly in the piercing version. Your choice of papers and embellishments really bring the card together beautifully!

What a beautiful shabby chic creation, Stacy. I love the blues in the butterfly, and the soft greens in the floral spray. I'm laughing to myself because the delicate background reminds me of your new daisy stamp - and the lace looks fabulous on it. I really like your sentiment too.
I love it when I've been meaning to try something and have just never got round to it, and then a challenge provides the missing incentive.

p.s. - I'm sorry I didn't think in the write-up to mention that I did mine with a pin. I have to admit I never even thought of trying it with my piercer. Maybe because I've been where you described in the past and it stuck in my subconscious!
