Audrie took us to Ruth Bleakley's Flickr gallery, which is filled with her amazing hand-made books. They are all hand-made ... covers, stitching, drawing, inking, painting, etc. Some are as tiny as your thumb and others are the size of an average sized hardbound book. I was inspired by more than one book and decided to combine several elements to design my card:
This journal and this map with print for my background inspired my card.
I used the MTWSC168 for my sketch. I am also submitting this card for the Male Room Vintage, WT471 (button) and MIX60 (print + two mediums) challenges.
THANK YOU for looking!

Wonderful card Gabby, One of my favorites things to see is stamping onto dp.. I never do it myself... But I love the look of it. kinda like collage.. I love the look, but can't make it work. I think it is a control issue, lol

The tiny books were amazing, weren't they! I loved the little bunny one. What a wonderful masculine card, I especially like the way you stamped your image on DP. And the colours are both rich and muted at the same time - makes me think of an old oil-painting.

Such a cool card! I think it would be perfect for men, but it would also work for women who appreciate a good looking guy too! Thanks for joining the challenge and for sharing your take on the site!
