This is another card for both the CC468 and the WT469. I really like the colors of the CC and adding pearls is one of my favorite things to do. I colored the digi stamp flowers with pridma pencils and gamisol. I felt that the blue area around the flowers needed something, so I used dry wall tape as a stencil and I used a tine makeup applicator to sponge a little distress ink around the flowers. Them I sponged white pigment onto a large piece of blue paper for one of the bkg papers. I added the "desert" pearls to the center of the flowers. TFL, Francie

Love your beautiful bold colours and patterning on this card! I've got to see if we have any dry wall tape lying around here. I really like the effect you've achieved with it here! TFS

I love those bright happy flowers against the chevron panel. The out-of-the-box treatment of them is great, too - adds a real sense of movement to the card.
I'm uploading two cards today with a link to your gorgeous Red Boots card from LoveFest which inspired me ;-).

This bright and beautiful card just makes me smile I love the bold chevron print and the vibrant colors on the flowers. Your detailing using the drywall tape adds so much interest and then there's' the wonderful bow and twine treatment and the center pearls that just jump out at you..WOW!!
