I heat embossed the robin with Chocolate Chip EP, then flipped it over to the back side and colored with markers: Crumb Cake, Crushed Curry, Soft Suede, Crisp Cantaloupe, Calypso Coral. Scribbled a little ground for the bird to stand on and mounted him with dimensionals. The comma is hand drawn.

Wow, beautiful bird! The colors applied on the back of the vellum seem to glow through the embossed design. And I must say the scribbles you drew to ground the bird are the perfect solution to this awkwardly designed bird - you are brilliant! He finally looks balanced and normal, rather than tottering on his stiff little toes (do birds have toes?!). Anyway, for the first time ever, this bird looks "right" ! I am printing your card and putting it with this set so I will remember how you did it. Thank you for sharing this eye-opening and eye-appealing creation!
