For Joan's TLC challenge, to use either heat or dry embossing on vellum; I decided to do both ;-).
I used the negative of the fanciful flourish die to emboss my foliage in some vellum, which I then mounted on kraft. The flowers were embossed with white EP, coloured from the back with alcohol inks (Wild Plum, Raspberry, Red Pepper) and cut out. The big one is popped up on a dimensional, and they have some Stickles in the centre. I layered it on some Bazzill, added gold cord and a brad, and finished it off with a white gel pen.

Oh my gosh, this is OTT Wonderful Sabrina! Love your painted flowers over that eb vellum, BEAUTIFUL! Love that tiny bird button with twine, WOWZERS! Your dotted border just rounds it all up. Love this! You Done Good. TFS :0)
