This was actually a project at a recent workshop, and the ladies loved making this. You need to put a little adhesive in the bottom of the holder and on top of the bottom row of nuggets to get them to stay in. Cut the cardstock 6-1/2" by slightly less than 2". Score at 1-1/4" x 2-1/2" x 4" x 5-1/4". Punch both ends with the Scallop Tag Topper punch. Stamp and decorate as desired.
