Fran has brought the Teapotters to New York City for the Tickle a Teapotter challenge this week. Somewhere I've never been, and not much in my stash to work with it. She mentioned Sardi's, but I've popped into Alfredo's NY Pizzas for lunch to fortify me for all that walking.
Alfredo may be from Italy but he knows that NYC is the Big Apple, so he used that for his decor.
Today's my day off, so I was able to combine it with today's ]SC477/
Stamped the apples and drew the grid in with a ruler. Added a scored vertical panel, and my chef.
Computer-generated name. In theory I do know how to curve text on a path, but I couldn't remember and day off or not, I didn't have time to dredge up how.
The pizza is just cut from scraps, with the tomato part all crumpled up, Liquid Pearls olives and some I-don't-know-what.

One thing I've always liked about TPT is that it gives you license to be creative with what you have on hand, and you've done a great job here. New Yorkers are incredibly snobby about their pizza, so you picked an excellent topic here, and the textured pizza looks pretty yummy.

I DID wonder at the apples and pizza. Ham and pineapple I understand, but apple pizza? Then I read why,, and of course, your card now makes all the sense in the world!! I love the chef, and the pizza is fab. Hmmm.......maybe a pizza for dinner tonight. Good idea.
