Well...about 30 tries and I got one that worked. Seriously I have piece of black painted brayered cardstock all over my desk. I'm hoping I can find a way to use all of them.I stamped the birds and light house using black stazon ink. I used white colored pencil to add some details. I put drywall tape at the bottom. I used brads and twine to frame the image. When it was all done. I decided to add some stars for the WT467 challenge. When looking at it I realized that the birds were flying at night. It got me wondering what scared them, since birds don't usually fly unless they get startled... I will just have to guess.

Oh MariLynn, this is spectacular!!! I love the way you used stamps and white colored pencil. You really created a beauty out of yours. :>) P.S. I think the idea of Rudolph on my card is cute. :>)

Gorgeous!Love your lighthouse scene. My first attempts were too uniform, but I'm sure we'll come up with some way to use them! I'm thinkin' maybe diecutting into smaller shapes?

Amazing scene! Fabulous mix of textures and materials. I love that it's blue and white. Great card!

Well for all of your attempts this one is amazing! I love everything about your composition and think you were wise to add in the lighthouse image and stars. Awesome.
